I encountered that problem too. I had to log into Steam from a web browser instead of the client. The url entry pop-up wasn't spawning.

I made the voicepacks, not the character pool. Thanks for all your work on the video; I've tried featuring on this page but right now my internet is buggy. I'll try again later. Cheers!
