The bound weapon is what you are forced to equip when you get blindfolded.

does the bound weapon come with it?

I didn't actually look at it... Though I know how too. Lol thanks.

But really, there aren't any good ways to enforce post processing. Think hooks and timers work a little, but can still be circumvented.

You can only use it on players and it is very buggy at the moment. If you find any bugs, feel free to post them here as I have not extensively tested it yet.
