Confirming that this mod makes bonus resource yields (like food from sheep) disappear when they're next to mountains, and that natural wonders are unworkable

When there's a desert that produce 2 food (I don't play the game in english sorry) next to a mountain, the tiles is updates and it only produce 1 production... Same if there's sheeps or additional ressources, their bonuses disapear if there're next to a mountain...

Why do I never start in the mountains ? I'm always in the forest... Can't you program it like it is for the incas or am I dumb ?

There's been a bug where the natural wonders on hills bonus gets deleted along with some of the surrounding tiles, this also happens when theya re next to a hill, been really annoying, ido have some other mods but i still have the bug when it sth eonly mod running.

Yeah I wanna bump this too and add that Mountain wonders like Mt. Fuji and Cirro de Potosi are turned into mountainside terraign tiles as soon as they are claimed as yours, making their tiles have 0 yeild and not be recognized as a mountain for buildings that require a city to be next to one

Since you seem to have made a lot of pokemon related civs, you seem like the right person to ask:

Can you make a civ based of Team Rocket? We really need to have that. I will include some ideas which you can use freely if you feel like it:

Leader: Boss Giovanni (duh)

UA: Prepare for Trouble!
Recieves twice as much gold when pillaging and do so without using movement points. Also Recieves a 15% combat bonus when fighting within another Civ's borders, but suffers a 15% penalty when fighting within their own borders. (Team rocket is all about conquering; not defending. Any moment not spent expanding thier power is a waste of time). Units trained in their capital also recives 15 experience for free (this to help you fight barbarians early game. Late game it becomes a nice bonus that fits well with the warlike civ Team Rocket is).

UU: Team Rocket Field Agent
Replaces the Infantry and functions the same way, but starts with the Survivalist rank III promotion. This promotion let the Agents heal at every turn, even if they preform an action, and when faced with a melee attack they may withdraw. This represents our beloved Team Rocket blasting off again, but they don't actually die. You can be sure they will show up again soon, creating even more trouble (and make it double!).

UU: Team Rocket Professor: Unique great person that replaces the great scientist. In addition to the normal abilities he also confer a 15% combat bonus to the units near him (same as a great general). This to represent the scientist's role as a leader for Team Rocket's operations.

I hope to hear what you think, and I hope even more to see Team Rocket conquering the world in my next Civ Game!

Hey, There is an error with the intro for Cynthia, it says that Sinnoh was able to defend itself from Team Plasma, however the team that came from Sinnoh was Team Galactic.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll look into it.

Hello! Cool civ, but I found a bug that made me sad. :( Apparently if it tries to buff a wonder that's next to a mountain the tile becomes unworkable. I just settled an Uluruu only to learn that I can no longer work it. Feelsbadman.

Thanks!

I'll see what my co-creators think. I like it.

Would it maybe be possible to add +1 Faith to the UA? It's not the strongest as it is, and Sinnoh is the most myth-heavy of the Pokemon regions.
Tezemi  [author] 26 Jun, 2016 @ 11:47am
Sorry, there won't be any additions in the near future.
toe_scruncher26 26 Jun, 2016 @ 11:42am
Elesa should be the leader of Unova T_T
Phat_Phuck 007 24 Jun, 2016 @ 9:01pm
will there be any other additions to the series? perhaps each of the big crime syndicates? or the rangers? or any of the spinoff games as civs?
Lady Crimson (RIP) 20 Jun, 2016 @ 7:06pm
For Tundra Hills, in any case, maybe other hills.
Lady Crimson (RIP) 20 Jun, 2016 @ 7:06pm
I just realized I may have mis-worded.. the gold IS working fine, the food from the base tile is not.
Tezemi  [author] 20 Jun, 2016 @ 7:04pm
Thanks for the heads up on the bug, I'll look into it. As for the UA, probably won't be changing it.
Lady Crimson (RIP) 20 Jun, 2016 @ 6:25pm
The power seems a little all over, requiring hills, next to mountains, along a river.. for the full effect (which is possible, just tricky to fully work).

Personally I think it should be per mountain.. much like the inca.. that would be a lot cooler and reward a giant mountain range.. but you could limit this either through tech era or at a reduced rate.
Lady Crimson (RIP) 20 Jun, 2016 @ 6:23pm
The power seems fine, but, it doesn't work properly with deer or sheep (basically any food giving resource) in tundra hills.. as it removes all the food from the tile (though food you get from grainary on the tile remains).. as does starting gold like from silver or marble.. for example.. a sheep tundra hill next to a mountain will be 3 industry, instead of 2 industry 1 food, +1 more industry with mountainside.

Cynthia's ability seems underpowered to me compared to the other regions. Maybe I'm wrong, any explanation to why it wouldn't be underpowered compare to let say Kanto, Johto, or Hoenn?
Tezemi  [author] 19 Jun, 2016 @ 7:31pm
It is not, thanks for the heads up, I'll look into it.
Neptune Stash 19 Jun, 2016 @ 4:07pm
So I have noticed a potential problem, this civ doesn't seem to like natural wounders (specificly i got the bug with old faithful and the grand mesa) where they became mountinous turrain tiles that are then unworkable. Is this intended?
Cameraman Jim 19 Jun, 2016 @ 10:33am
Oh yeah... that is a pretty op issue. The capital gets to an insane population like 130 or 145. And then they can convert it all into production and finish almost any wonder even before the other players get to the prior era.
HeavyIsBlaziken 17 Jun, 2016 @ 5:29pm
I never actually encountered that bug, but then again, I haven't full-on played as Unova yet.
Tezemi  [author] 17 Jun, 2016 @ 4:34pm
It will be back. We are fixing a bug that caused player's to get a massive amount of food in their capital.
PHXHRC 17 Jun, 2016 @ 4:11pm
What ever happened to your Unova Civ? It just vanished off the Workshop.
HeavyIsBlaziken 17 Jun, 2016 @ 12:55am
Ah.
Tezemi  [author] 16 Jun, 2016 @ 6:54pm
Thanks! Working on it. I forgot to modify some of the text, mostly Civilopedia, from Kalos.
HeavyIsBlaziken 16 Jun, 2016 @ 5:19pm
The DoM text is copied from the Kalos civ.
