yup I already started using it on my newer spartan releases
I was told that it was just that when the decals for blood was put onto the survivor the detail was to much so the solution was to disable decals for the armor but leave it in the techsuit through the materials code

I heard about GIMP and have yet to try it, but as for Photoshop I have used it but only at my university, I still need to get that one working at home.
That would explain quite a lot. I see.
As far as I know, GIMP and Photoshop are among the few programs that can work with color channels.
I appreciate the help but truth be told man, I have no idea on how to work with channels. I just use the textures that I'm supplied with and add color to them using the program paint.net
The green channel of the normal maps used here need to be inverted. This applies to all normal maps for the Halo 5 Spartan character models you can find on Halo Waypoint. This applies to all of your Halo 5 content.
I'm not here to bash on your work but to share a tip you may find helpful.
