unfortunately not my technical ineptity has lead to the delay of an update but a much more sinister thing. I bought Stardew Valley. Now instead of fixing this mod I used all my spare time engrossing myself into this wonderful game. Please forgive my procrastination, I will eventually get to it!
To update the steam version of your quest you need to re-upload it, usually you do a change log at the same time to list the changes you have made.
For that 'ok' bug you could try recreating the first few nodes and then attach the rest of the story, before deleting the old ones, might fix it.
I noticed the ok/ok issue, but I did not know how to fix it. It is only shown as one dialogue choice in the story builder, the whole story is pretty much one big line, but it shows two bubbles in the "theater" window. This happened after I removed the second choice tree (set sail), but no matter what I clicked, the second choice remained. As I did that in the very end, when everything else was done, thinking three times setting sail would be too much, I was reluctant to start from scratch again because of a bug I did not understand.
You are right about the small font. I noticed that too, but it did not come to my mind to duplicate and split. A very good idea! I will try that together with fixing the spelling errors this weekend.
A few things I took note of
Opening - Options are Ok or Ok?
Hope its ok, I've tagged the rest in screenshots (which I can delete after you reply if you wish)

Instead of "She long for seeing him just one more time" it should be "She longed to see him just one more time".
Personally if it is any more than about 3 lines of text in one go it gets to small for me to be able to read on screen, there are a few of these and I just couldn't read them ingame because it was to small which was a pity.
(You should be able to duplicate the node , insert it and then break the text up between the two)

Just one 'O', it is losing in this context, not loosing
All in all a fantastic job and after fixing these minor issues I look forward to having another go!
