The arrow and cross flag isnt in the mod anymore, another user commented on that a while back and I took it out :)

Horthy's Government (Hungary) did not use that flag. That was the flag of the Arrow Cross Party who were put in power by Hitler after his invasion of Hungary due to his frustrations with Horthy nearing the end of the war. Horthy actually had banned the party.

Ive researched all of them, some were used by ideological parties and movements of the time and others are real country flags. So to sum it up, there shouldnt be much BS, if you find any tell me and I'll fix it :)

This hungarian flag was not used under the rule of Horthy Miklós! It was used just from 1944.10.16!

Fascist flag for Slovakia is the flag for modern Russian Federation. Democratic flag should be the one that is in game now and Communist flag... well... I am sorry but the Greek fascist flag is not historical accurate. The flag contains the Golden Dawn logo. Golden Dawn (politcal party) was created in 1980. The fascist Greek flag should have as logo the byzantine eagle which was used by National Union of Greece (political party founded on 1927). Also for Democracy on Greece should be todays flag. While for neutrality should be the white cross with a crown in the middle. Hope I helped, thanks for your mod :)

I have not tried the mod, but judging by the screenshots it seems you've mixed up Slovenia and Slovakia by giving Slovakia the flag of the Slovene home guard
