16:9, 21:9, multi-monitor use Y.
Basically, most people should have it as I listed it, as over 80% of Steam gamers use a 16:9 monitor. Firaxis never bothered to change this, hurting almost everybody and especially us Ultrawide users.
Also, alternatively to this mod, you can add -allowconsole to the launch flags and just change your FoV manually with the FOV command; though it probably won't save between missions.
