I have the same T-pose problem. It happened to my skeleton spears and they got wrecked. I wasn't paying attention because I had set them up in a fight they should have won easily but they didn't even inflict a single casualty on the enemy because they were stuck in T-pose.

There is a bug when they glitch randomly in T-pose. I doubt they are even able to attack.
The only mod that could conflict with it is the "Animated Combat (Vanilla Move)" i'll let you know if i know more :)

Animation was still default and glowing eyes were still there when playing as the Von Carsteins. Only other mods I have are Radious.

Yep, the versions that remove the glowing eys are broken for the spearmen. The one with the glowing eyes seems to work fine for me, though.

I'm not sure what the problem was, as I was playing today and things were working just fine, all I did was delete the mod and re-subscribe, still using the same mods I was previously :/

I just tested it again and the spears work fine, Maybe you have another mod on that's conflicting.

Gonna have to unsub to the mod until a fix is released for the spears, kind of nit picky that way, but will definitely be re-using once their t-mode is fixed :D cheers

To elaborate a little on my prior post fo anyone interested: Specifically in the DB section, under land_units_tables something or other, scroll the bottom side in pack file manager all the way to the left, they are the only ones with 'sync locomotion' ticked with a check mark, just uncheck it (can be done in a new extracted pack file, the pack file that comes with this mod or whatever pack file from the overhaul that you use, like radious' for example).

There is an easier way to change this, instead of changing their animations to another units you can just untick 'sync locomotion' on their records using Pack FIle Manager, easy to do, works like a charm, no glitches.

Yeah I hated the whole skeleton march animation. Is there any chance you know of a mod that makes fighting animations and impacts on contacts better. In general melee combat anyway.

iv noticed that when i press the toggle ui key in battles my frame rate is a lot more consistant. i tryed setting port hole quality to 2D which helps a lot but there seems to be something about the ui that is causing big dips in frame rates as i pan around, at least for me anyway. do you fancy taking a look to see if there is anything you can find? i know its a long shot but you seem to know your way around this game

Any chance you could make this compatible with the skeleton archers mod? Using the skeleton archers makes the standard skellies use their vanilla animations.

R@ I would love to but I can't do that, The only way for the eyes not to glow is if I give them say the Empire animation.
