Both are to take the their antennas, one antenna is for the bomb pairing and the other for the signal transmiter.

but why 2 gps and a flashlight tho doesnt make sense

well it stills better then finding a detonator, plus the c4 is just too easy to make, think of how easy griefers will take advantage then.
thats why the detonator is not craftable in first place.

I think the recipe should be a bit easier to make, since you need a LOT of inventory space and good luck to make this
