Well, I'd fix it, but I can't do an update to an existing scenario. :/
I find there are sudden drops in supply of different goods to the delivery storage, and the game is unforgiving about losing money. Late game, it only takes three or four ticks to start going into negative money.
Good scenario though.
Found a couple of bugs with the cloner, not sure with the scenario or the game; although I have only encountered these bugs in this scenario.
-The cloner is available for the microchips and building blocks, but if used, causes the building to stop production. The microchips building doesn't produce waste, so there is nowhere for the waste created by the cloner to go.
