I haven't played in multiplayer and no sure, but all instructions that I found say that you just need to:

1: Start singleplayer and activate the mod from ”mod manager”
2: Buy the skin
3: Save game
4: Open multiplayer and load the saved game

If these instructions do not help, this is not possible.

Probably not, because the skins were made only for standard trucks.

But I have a question.
Is it possible to make the skin compatible the the: Volovo VNL 670?

1.25 is a public beta. the latest release version 1.24, on this version, everything should work fine.
