can you do not mixed version? like portal 2 and HL alarm sounds as separate mods?

I personally dislike this alarm. Lockdowns are used when something is going horribly wrong, and the present alarm has a droning and defeating sound that eminates from everywhere as you watch the prison falter.

Problems usually occur when other mods include sound overrides. Check your workshop subscriptions for addons that could alter the alarm sound.

@Involved Thanks for the positive feedback. I know this sound is crowded and really "busy". It was just a fun mod for myself I later decided to publish. It hot a huge amount of attention in the past days and I got a lot of feedback. If you how some pages back in the comments, you'll see someone who already addressed this issue. At the current point I plan to make a realistic lockdown alarm (this one is just for fun) and the default one without the interruption in between.

It is a great sound, I like it. It seems more like an actual lockdown alarm, much more imminent than the Vanilla Lockdown sound. I am debating wether or not to subscribe, because I think it may be somewhat "busy" for my tastes, but like I said, it is much more realistic than the duller sound I currently have. It is definitely fitting for a riot scene. If you could perhaps create a version of this alarm without the Air-Raid like backround (the recurring air horn cresendio), I would absolutely subscribe. Do you think it would be possible to create another alarm without this one sound? Just a suggestion. I definitely rate this sound up though!

@DJSTV I meant the default game alarm, not any mods. The default one rings once and fades away at the second, I was hoping someone made it so it goes on. Or just a single tone alarm like it.

@Trotsky @Nocheese4u Ok, that's weird. It should work like a loop. And as you can see in the video which I've made, it works for me. Do you guys may installed any other sound mods?

@DJSTV He/she wanted the alarm to go on forever until you click the button again. But this mod just plays the sound once and stops.
