It's not that bad. The initial setup with the cube isn't easy an a bit tricky, but doable. My only problem is that the bridge randomly disappears sometimes and you fall to your death :(

Nice map, but the first part could be re-arranged in a more convenient manner, the bridge and laser with the block not really mixing that well, shuttering bridge and sometimes the bridge turns off randomly and kills you.

easy but nice concept that could be used in a larger test. didn't have any problem with failing bridges.

The idea was decent, but as others are saying, light bridge cuts out randomly, positioning the cube in the first place is buggy. Unfortunate.

Funny, inteested concpet. I didn't have problem but I can understand that on some computer this might be glichy.
Would be funnier if it be in bigger chamber as part of sub-solution.

As others have said, it just doesn't work. We know exactly how to do it, but the game mechanics for some reason just don't allow it. Positioning the cube is hell to begin with, and even once you've done that, the light beam will just turn off at random while you traverse the rest of the level.

Not sure why but my bridges dissappear for no reason(not whn i change portals or anythign like that) pretty sure its a bug as if i save when i'm on the bridge and it loads the bridge dissapears in the save. Anyone else get this issue?

the light bridges at the end are too long. There is no point to it, you are just making me walk for little reason.

@ penassa yh i know but it lags slightly and then redraws the lightbridge also my computer is a fx6100 (6 core processor) hd 6770 graphics card and 8gb ram so it isnt my computer.

it does work , you have to put portal next to beam and through portal put the cube if you know what i mean

anyhow its not a very good map

this doesnt work. it just glitches. i presume you have to put the laser cube in place of portal. but the laser cube will just keep falling due to the bridge being redrawn each time and the sligh delay screws it up

I have always wanted to build this specific chamber, but I have never did so because hammer was too much trouble. Now with the new level editor everything became easier.
I hope you enjoy it.
