Yep, I get all vanilla traits duped as well.

I'll take a look and see what's up. I think the issue is that I had code in there to add 'opposites' to certain vanilla traits, since I didn't want to have potentially unbalanced races with +60% research or some such.

If possible, I will just have "one way" opposites, on the new traits and hopefully that will be enough.

Seems that there are entries in this mod that duplicates the vanilla traits.
