Report a translation problem
A few things I want to point out:
-the directory to get to the steam file may be different depending were you have install your games. If your having issues finding it, here's another way to get there
Go to your library > right click on GMod > open up "properties" > click the tab "Local Files" > click "Browse Local Files" > open the the "garrysmod" file > and finally open "addons"
-You'll need this add on to see the legacy addons list:

-make sure you close out of the addons folder before you start GMod, it messes with the game loading the files, if I remeber correctly.
...\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
There you can make a new file or simiply put the file that came with the download in the addons folder.
Once that's done launch GMod and in the spawn menu bellow were you'd normally have your addons you want to go to add on "legacy addons" and locate the file you just put in your add ons folder, open it and the model will be there as if you subscirbed to it on the workshop.
