I need tanks and more soldiers to defend the area！！！

I really need tank to defence, US tanks spawn in a hell of speed like 3 or 4 at a time, and each takes like 4 panzer fist to destroy. Along with massive amount of US troopers with super soldier equipped with flamethrower.

I learned some more from every new round to eventually make me reach wave 10.

I love where this map is going, and you tried to recreate the Omaha defense, but at this you failed spectacularly. You have 0 armored vehicles, and it takes a lot of RP to get one. RP is IMPOSSIBLE to get, and you get overrun WAY too quickly because of their numbers. Tanks are in abundance, which is bullshit with 0 vehicles or good AT, and if you are going for Historical, they should get like 3 tanks TOTAL, because they got shot by Flak.

You can IMMEDIATELY lose your HQ to 40 units spawning behind you. Any organized defense WILL get overrun. There are no already placed MG's, with only one Flak AA/AT at HQ, which will get overrun, and on top of the RP shortage, you will rarely have any emplacements.

The weapons are mostly garbage, but best is the STG. The '42 is trash, having a spread wider that Canada, the rifles won't do jack to the Americans, why would you use the flamethrower against a horde of armor, and the panzerschreck will just get you overrun. Panzerfausts don't do nearly enough damage to tanks, the pistol is useless, and sandbags are trash.

The US so strong， Germany can not stop them.no panzer no anti-tank no armoured vehicles. In others, RP hard to get，I hardly to buy special weapon

You know the map is bullshit when you get overrun even after spending tens of thousands of RP to build stationary weapons everywhere and spam reinforcements.

The US gets way too many units, way too many of them are elites. They get way too many vehicles and the tanks are way too resilient. Germany gets fuck all troops, the trenches are too deep to fire from, most stationary weapons either get quickly blown up by grenade/rifle grenade/bazooka spam or tanks, or their users are killed. No tanks either, and the AI never calls down armored cars.

Stationary stacking makes no sense (PAKs up to 2 but everything else (including cover?!) only stacks up to 1. Getting more RP is difficult because you have to recover loot from the open field through the unending assault. Even if you save up tons of RP (as I did), then fail and start building as soon as the map restarts with the carried over RP, you only have a minute or two to build, barely enough for anything.

A generally awesome mod. I know difficulty is reality on D-DAY, BUT it's bullshit that ONE Sherman needs FOUR Panzerfaust to destroy. Why not modify it to 2 shots for tank and 1 for armoured car? Meanwhile u may introduce additional USAAF bombing and artillery fire.

Hello, there is a bug with your mod when I was afk and watching a 20 min vid it actually beat the mission without me killing anybody or anything actually happening just skipped all the phases

Actually nevermind Overlord still crashes, but it loads now at least.

It's the changelog on Overlord defense, but it doesent' matter Overlord is working now and the vehicles have been rescaled.

The regular Overlord mod was removed because I didn't have enough time to keep the mod up-to-date. There were also various crashes that I couldn't reproduce on my end that plagued the users.

It got taken down for being unbalanced or something like that.

Playing as US is not possible right now, even though it could be done sometimes in the future but no promises as it might require quite some work and not sure if we'll have the time for it.

Yes I tried misty heights, but it makes it so that the americans are defending.

Enemies have tanks you dont. You kill so many of them and still can't win because they spawn at your spawn.

seriously though make it so you can play as the americans, If I play on misty hieghts then the germans are attacking.

I still have Overlord, if anyone wants it with all the bugs and crashes, I will share it. (if creator gives me permission)
