@hafan Since yesterday there is the mod and so you can now do almost everything. But most important one machine and trailer mirror. So I have now created real KT8D5 traction.

@Hours no, I think, Skoas are out of my plans right now. May be but not sure I will try making some old Duewag cars. Also I had plans to make polish Konstal cars like 105Na and 102Na, but it is still plans.

lets think that second car is feed by the first.
So, you have the scheme:
A+B+C + C+B+C, where A - the head, B - the middle and C - the tail.
I think it is the only exit for now.
in theory somehow without additional convetion you could make A section as a trailer and use it in the last position... but I'm afraid to make this coupling I need to make the specal A-section trailer. Problem is - I need to run the full game with all mods, and it would take several hours of my life just to convert and test this section in game =(

so I would prefer to spend this time on some more plesant and usefull think like modeling Tatra K2)

@kowakamura: Yep, I would love to. Problem is, that if I want a duo of KT8D5, I need two front parts (A), two middle parts (B), two last parts (C). And I'm not able to create the second front part (2x A) or turn around (those 180°) last part (C 180° to behave as A). Understood? :-)
And I'm probably not capable of cloning... :-(

3rd car is a separate vehicle, yep. It has lowered pantograph and oriented in 180°. So, if I understand you right, you may clone / use this section as a trailer.

@kowkamurka: I'm using it too, but I have not figured out, how to turn around 3rd. car or place another engine (1st. car). That is the only problem... How do you create a trailer (as an asset), that can be used right after as a trailer? Just write "trailer" in the name or how?

It looks a bit difficult at first sight but it is much easier then it seems

@tatra_fan: I have now T3x3, T6x3, KT8D5 moded to KT10D5 and KT14D5 (4car & 6 car version - technically possible, but never made IRL) - see my workshop (NOT TESTED! YET...), KT8D5x2 not, because I'm not able to insert two engines (front cars) at once, nor turning around the third as a trailer.
@kowkamurka: do you know, how to change the direction of the second trailer (third car) or make a trailer from the engin car? Any of those would solve it.

@tatra_fan I thought it was temporary decision to comple these cars in a train due to some rail repair stuff. Although two fist KT8D5 (including Russian one) were able to work in EMU and had Scharfenberg couplings, basically KT8D5 never worked as EMU on regular lines. Besides now I don't mod Cities Skylines anymore. May be I will try it later. Now you can to clone these car in your mod manager tool and try to make this coupling yurself. You can even publish it if you want it, but give a link to this asset then.

Here is a picture of one. They only run in one car trains. I'm hoping to build a system based on the PRT.
