I feel like you should change the green crayon to purple.
Assuming the orange is "Cream Spirit", the red is "Team Spirit" and the green is just green. The green kind of stands out as it is closer to blue than red, unlike purple which is in the middle. (The opposite being yellow, which is also in the middle but is too close to the "Cream Spirit")

Please note by using the dyes as terms I'm not saying they are painted or that it's paintable. I'm just referring to the way the coloring of them act.

Crayons make it looks like engy is from Art Attack.

Crayons were all the Scout had when Engy stole them.

No to the crayons, yes to everything else. Make them highlighters or something.

I like it. It fits the Engineer, the props are all very detailed and it's just a neat clever item. I think the crayons need to match the TF2 palette more though, they're too bright and out of place.
