I'm sorry? I don't understand what issue you are referring to. "Three-a-side" is already the TTS default arrangement (you can easily delete the side hands if they're in the way); is there a problem I can help solve?

It will be nice to see a Three-a-side for Catan: Seafarers, cuz the hands are in the way of the Longest Road/Biggest Army tiles they should be in X3
