I wish you could add these without the entertainment bonus. It seems unnecessary since, you know, it is a billboard and all.

Great assets! Is there a way to make them generates money rather than having an upkeep cost, but it causes property values in the vicinity to go down, like billboards in real life?

Btw only because my parents are all crazy about keeping a clean mind, can u make a few without models? Like advertisements and stuff, either way they are great in my cities, and would recommend to all. I rated up and fav for life;)
