kilo im not sure because whenever i tri to change anything in it it is failing to build but i know that there are tons of other weapon mods that add starting guns

Is there a way to add this rifle as just another starting weapon, instead of having these OP stats?

Does the weapon allow for aesthetic changes when weapon mods are attached? I never actually had a mod with this model, so never checked.
