Hey great building, I realy like Roman culture and I think that you should make the Circus Maximus and/or the Forum of Rome as a monument.

I was thinking maybe the Curia Julia or the Maison Carrée (roman temple in the french city of Nîmes). In any case, looking froward to see what you come up with next. Cheers.

@Publius Honorius Augustus, Thanks to you for the comment.

Judging by your name I guess you like roman culture xD and yes I will of course put out a lot of Roman buildings, if you have any suggestion let me know! Cheers

Thanks once again for your work, would you be interested in doing more roman styled assets in the future ?

@templeofdoom @Captain-NO I finally fixed the LOD model, scaled down to 366.
I think that lower than that I cannot go. Hope you will now enjoy it and will be able to subscribe it.
Cheers!

@zarrella.raffaele:
basically templeofdoom is right but it´s ok....better than a small house with 10 additional assets,which are needed to make it work...you can sometimes have such a "Colosseo" ;-)

Thank you for the response @zarrella.raffaele. As an asset creator I understand the difficulty sometimes at creating LOD's and deciding on quality or performance. I opt for performance mainly because I think this game is only as good as the many assets that is available for it, but I also think it's a great challenge. I think a decent, sub 300 LOD is possible on this model but as you said, as the creator, it's up to you to decide on the quality you wish to make this at. I appreciate you responding to me and I've favorite this and will follow to see if any updates are intended in the future. Again, I really do think it's a beautiful model so thanks for sharing this in any regard. :)

@templeofdoom I understand your concern, but the asset is really huge, it has a lot of details and lot of curves cause it is circular, not squared. That's probably why it has that many triangles, which once again, are not that many if you consider the huge size. I don't think is possible to scale down more than 1000 tris for the LOD, at least I have tried my best. If I go more down it will look really bad when you zoom out. So it is kind of a compromise bewteen good quality and good performance. Of course I could make a less detailed version, but it will lose its quality.

@templeofdoom , 300 tris for such megastructure?. This hugely sized building could have 5000-7000 tris or more. Let's say typical multi-storey building has 500 tris, but how many of these can fit inside colosseum? 10-20? that would make 5000-10000 tris, so one megastructure can have that amount for sure.

1900 LOD tri's is way too many - would be nice to get it down to 250-300 tris as the dev's have recommended. Nice model but will have to pass until a more optimized version can be created. Thanks for sharing!
