The sapmi kingdom automatically gets destroyed for some reason don't get the option to do so after the game starts
DSECool  [author] 21 Dec, 2023 @ 1:39pm
I don't know if it's just me or something, but when I try to load a save 80% of the time my game just freezes. One time I left it running in the background to see if it would load. 20 minutes later I forgot I even had it running then suddenly heard the sound effect when you start a campaign. So currently unless I never want to reload a save my CK3 is unplayable.

I have a very good computer that can run Warhammer 3 on ultra graphics and ultra unit scale and have even played EU4 and WH3 at the same time no problem.

This is obviously discouraging especially given how fun the last two DLC are.
Spaceracer 21 Dec, 2023 @ 1:04pm
How is that CK3 version going?
DSECool  [author] 30 Dec, 2020 @ 9:30pm
I don't want to say this mod is abandoned but... right now I'm constantly working and what little free time I have is going toward a CK3 version.
SeeShark 29 Dec, 2020 @ 12:55pm
Would you consider making a Grand Celtic Empire consisting of Gaelica and Celtica?
Mustanaamiotto 1 Dec, 2020 @ 11:20am
i am sad. why greater sweden. WHY THE HELL! FINLAND IS NOT SWEDEN!
DSECool  [author] 29 Nov, 2020 @ 3:23pm
No. Though some titles will be unavailable to you depending on the dlc in question.
Khenti-kheti 29 Nov, 2020 @ 1:43pm
does this require any major dlcs?
DSECool  [author] 30 Oct, 2020 @ 7:03pm
The addon cultures are as follows:

Austro-Hungarian: German/Hungarian hybrid; Hussar Knights (upgraded light/heavy cavalry)

Gaelic: Scot/Irish hybrid; Gaelic Guard (upgraded pike/heavy infantry)

Brythonic: Breton/Welsh hybrid; Brythonic Knights (upgraded heavy cav, and archer cav (Welsh longbowmen on horse, lol)

High Francispanian: Castillian/Francais hybrid; Gallo-Iberian Knights (upgraded heavy/light cav)

Middle Francispanian: Basque/Catalan/Occitan; same retinue (the idea is that Middle Francispanian is a natural evolution due to their proximity to each other, but High Francispanian is essentially a constructed version of Middle Francispanian)

Anglo-Frisian: English/Saxon/Frisian/Dutch; Archer Lords (upgraded archers)

There are other hybrids but they use generic retinues and are thus a bit less interesting (I prefer not to overwrite vanilla files where possible)

Usually I put a disclaimer in my mod descriptions, seems I forgot to, so I'll put it here.

"Anyone and everyone is free to use my mods for their own work. While I would appreciate being given credit, I won't complain if you don't."

Also, I don't know what you mean by adding cultures. Historical or fictional? Because if you wanted to add fictional cultures some of that might be covered in my addon (see bottom of description). I basically hybridized some of the cultures' names and retinues.
Burmins 30 Oct, 2020 @ 4:43pm
Can I use this as a base to make my own mod? This hasn’t been updated in a while, and I want to try adding some kingdoms and cultures.
I’ll give credit and a link to the original mod if you don’t mind me publishing it.

If you don’t want me to leech off your mod, that’s ok. I won’t publish what isn’t mine.
DSECool  [author] 10 Sep, 2020 @ 4:26pm
Nope
Q_74x 10 Sep, 2020 @ 10:22am
Looking for a mod that does that.
Q_74x 10 Sep, 2020 @ 10:21am
Are these empires already formed?
DSECool  [author] 26 Jun, 2020 @ 5:37pm
Be zunist (reformed or unreformed) and have Indo-Aryan or Dravidian culture and own ALL of India
w.girl27 26 Jun, 2020 @ 1:41am

Laxbro_Inc 6 Jun, 2020 @ 4:29pm
Thanks for the reply!
DSECool  [author] 28 May, 2020 @ 9:27pm
The reason it "takes so much" is due to my desire to break Germania and A-H apart. Without all those specifics releasing Germania will work very poorly. Though I would agree that they are "seemingly unrelated things" they are in fact carefully thought out in order to comply with the ensuing de jure setup. I could just destroy the HRE and make it all A-H which would be very simple; however, then it would be far more German than Hungarian.

Also, it isn't actually as hard as it may seem. For instance, there must be a holder of the German Kingdom that isn't you. You can create the title and give it away to a vassal. It is essentially rinse and repeat with most of the requirements. Read the decision's description rather than the unreadable wall of text that is the tooltip.

Yet another note: I actually tried doing A-H the other day and apparently Paradox messed with the duchies and counties in Austria and Carinthia, so I'll need to fix and update it when I get some time.
Laxbro_Inc 28 May, 2020 @ 3:48pm
Really cool mod and a great concept of super-massive empires, but why in the world does it take so much to form Austria-Hungary? It just seems like a ton of seemingly unrelated things outside the player's control need to be true to get the decision. Any way it can be simplified so that the player just needs to be independent and hold the necessary kingdom titles?
StarPower 17 Apr, 2020 @ 12:49am
mybe like a royal guard mod?
StarPower 17 Apr, 2020 @ 12:48am
well can you try and do some kind of chinese based empire mod, i play chinese imperial alot and tend to go on a rampaging campaign conquering all the nomadic empires near me and destroying them
DSECool  [author] 16 Apr, 2020 @ 6:29pm
Otherwise no Chinese based features.
DSECool  [author] 16 Apr, 2020 @ 6:25pm
I've considered and partially worked on adding "Daqin" (Great Qin, Chinese name for Roman Empire) and "Daqinese" culture; however, I'm not really sure where I should take it. I feel like it's the sort of thing deserving of being its own mod. I've done enough with it to release it as an update or separate mod, but it feels pretty bare bones.
StarPower 16 Apr, 2020 @ 6:09pm
is any chinese empire involved in this?
DSECool  [author] 11 Apr, 2020 @ 2:01am
Look under decisions. Using Yugoslavia as an example, choosing any South Slavic culture should cause "Form Yugoslavia" to appear. You can also use the search function to find different titles, though all titles are titular by default they became de jure upon upon creation.
SpazzMonkey10 10 Apr, 2020 @ 9:27pm
Hi, I just downloaded the mod, how will I know if it is up and running in my ck2 game? For example, if I click on the de jure tab, will it show be de jure Yugoslavia for example?
WeirdT 20 Mar, 2020 @ 2:56pm
@DSECool any poibility to Add Industan (Muslim India)
DSECool  [author] 14 Mar, 2020 @ 4:11pm
Ah yeah I've run into that inconvenience many a time myself while testing out the mod. Unfortunately Paradox doesn't have any code that allows you to require only the top holdings. It would be way better if they did. I know it's a pain in the ass, especially when your vassals give land to H.O.s and it's best to play non-ironman, so that you can use console commands.
w.girl27 14 Mar, 2020 @ 3:41pm
i found out the problem it happend with my confederation run as well it counts any land given to a holy order as not being under your controll so if you gave any land to a non vassalied holy order you have to get it back to create the new grand empire but other than this i love this mod already had the vikings create the united northern empire in my game waring with francespania
DSECool  [author] 7 Mar, 2020 @ 6:36pm
Your culture must be berber, egyptian, west, central, or east african. If that is not the problem then you probably don't own Socotra. I know it's dumb but Paradox considers Socotra to be part of Africa and from a coding stand point it's much easier for me to use Africa as a requirement rather than each individual kingdom/empire.
w.girl27 7 Mar, 2020 @ 6:06pm
hey how do i form africa i controll all of it but still cant form it what do i need in all? i have magreb mali kanem abyssiania and egypt and nubia ifriqyu but the option is still unclickable?
Elidurden123 14 Jan, 2020 @ 11:28pm
I am glad this mod was revived but some of the empire formation events are missing text and there is no real point of the form palestine option as all it does is change the name.
DSECool  [author] 22 Dec, 2019 @ 12:16pm
Fixed a typo, should work now
Fred 22 Dec, 2019 @ 3:46am
Doesn't work for me, no decisions and can't find it in titular/province finder. And i can't force it with commands
Szalona Magnificencja 27 Sep, 2019 @ 9:04am
Hej, Can You add Direct Link?
DSECool  [author] 25 Aug, 2019 @ 2:43pm
Actually it only bullshits if you're non-christian; otherwise, the flags are fine.
DSECool  [author] 25 Aug, 2019 @ 2:35pm
Yes, but it just kind of bullshits what the flags are if I recall correctly.
Iffer2x3 25 Aug, 2019 @ 9:13am
does this work with patrum scuta?
pta0707 13 Jul, 2019 @ 11:45pm
Good mod
DSECool  [author] 5 Jul, 2019 @ 12:20am
The update is finally here read the bottom part for patch notes.
GodwinMarcelle 12 Jun, 2019 @ 7:24pm
Gauliberia sounds cooler!
DSECool  [author] 12 Jun, 2019 @ 8:51am
Will update hopefully be next Tuesday, all that's left is to learn how to do bloodlines.

Also for anyone reading this which would better to rename Francispania to Gauliberia or to keep as is?
GodwinMarcelle 26 May, 2019 @ 8:33pm
Any updates to speak of? I really love the idea of this mod :)
DSECool  [author] 4 Apr, 2019 @ 2:38pm
Won't be ready for a while, but I can give you a bit of a status report:

---Added generic events for founding of kingdom/empire.
eg. John has united the peoples of England and Frisia and formed Anglo-Frisia

--Grand Russian Empire restructured to contain Russia, Volga-Ural, & Pontic Steppe

--Greater Tartaria restructured to contain Tartaria, Tibet, & Turan

--African empire added requires controlling all of Africa

--Sacred Kingdom (formerly known as Crusader States) no longer formable by Catholics as they
have access to the Outremer

--Added decision to move Estonia to the Wendish Empire (yay for clean borders)

--Currently working on a series of events for the founding of the Confederation which will involve the founder writing a constitution (or not) that establishes the laws of the land with each choice pleasing, displeasing, or merely satisfying your vassals.
GodwinMarcelle 4 Apr, 2019 @ 5:24am
I don't mean to be impatient, but any ETA on this? It's pretty cool, and I'd love to see it come out again :)
Bad Horse 13 Jan, 2019 @ 12:10pm
Disregard my last post, fixed the problem.
DSECool  [author] 23 Dec, 2018 @ 12:52am
I'll probably add that in the future; however, you should know that a proper Holy Fury update is quite far away for me. I'm planning a large update that will add events, bloodlines, etc. to make the mod much more in line with what I've always wanted it to be.

If I do add your idea, it'll probably come with something like "Blood of the New Alexander" bloodline.

So yeah for anyone reading the comments section, the mod isn't dead I just work long-ass hours and don't have much time to update the mod. New ideas are still welcome.
Lord deabus 22 Dec, 2018 @ 5:07am
hey man, i was a tengri horselord who invaded persia and created a massive empire from the edge of india all the way to italy in a few generations but now my empire keeps splitting coz i own persian empire and the byzantine empire and would like a merged empire of the two, since its similar to alexanders empire you could name it similar to that? maybe the great hellanic empire or new hellanic empire? thx
Kennywnorth 22 Oct, 2018 @ 6:32pm
thanks man.
DSECool  [author] 20 Oct, 2018 @ 12:34am
I added a trait called "Grand Ruler". CK2 works weird when it comes to traits. I think the game gives traits an unseen numerical value that changes based on the total number of traits, and so adding more traits to an already existing game causes wonkiness. I've come across similar problems before with mods other than my own. I would suggest deleting my trait file (it should only have grand_ruler) or you can use the console to manually change your own traits, though I am not sure whether the bug has affected other characters as well.
