Until revenant eventually fix the skins himself,maybe you should just post your repacked archive as a new workshop item,so people realize these files don't work and save them the pain to use backups?

Because this feels like censored but ok, The first Killing Floor was on Unreal tornament mode which feature uncensored or original Stalker. was it?
As an aside, I think audio mods should be (even if they aren't) supported by the workshop since I installed audio mods to the documents folder using similar installation methods to workshop skins and they totally worked.
