I know this is old but i made a "uncensored version"( just removed the duct tape, nothing more added). It's based on the fixed version below, has a picture and updated install instructions.

Until revenant eventually fix the skins himself,maybe you should just post your repacked archive as a new workshop item,so people realize these files don't work and save them the pain to use backups?

Because this feels like censored but ok, The first Killing Floor was on Unreal tornament mode which feature uncensored or original Stalker. was it?

@Osi Changing their appearance is simply a matter of modifying the textures. To get these textures, though, you'll need to use a program like UE Viewer to export the original assets from the packages into tga format or whatever you wish to use. Getting these modified textures in-game requires the KF2 SDK where you need to import your textures into a new package and then edit the associated material file to point to your new textures.

@Revenant100 What do you use to edit these? I'd like to make a few texture edits to get these guys looking like good old KF 2.0. Is it as simple as editing the textures? Or is there a bit more to it than that.

@Juken This is what the normal flesh tone looks like in KF2. In KF1, it was more pink and red in color. In KF2, it's much paler with more yellows. You can see the Stalker's new skin matches Foster and Briar in the fourth screenshot. The aim was not to make a 1-to-1 mimic of the original texture but to recreate something similar in style that still fits the visuals of the new game.

Still better than the grey Stalker though, just not really "KF1-Styled."

I think this one needs more work. The skin-tone is not the same as the KF1 Stalker. Yours has just one tan-colored tone with more of a yellow tint, whereas the original has the upper part being a more pale pinkish flesh tone and then darker legs than the upper-body. Yours looks freaksih even by Killing Floor standards.

Great, no more weird gray skin for the Scrake and Stalker.

As an aside, I think audio mods should be (even if they aren't) supported by the workshop since I installed audio mods to the documents folder using similar installation methods to workshop skins and they totally worked.

Yay! I knew you would put them on workshop eventually. Now the wait for the rest of your mods to be updated and put on workshop. Unless the audio mods format are not supported by KF2 workshop then I will just manually download them from your threads. :)
