Hey Dear Leader, did you score 300 points in an NBA game or was that your dad?
(Lol)
The controllers for rotor RPM is in the cockpit left and right consoles. You can modify the out of combat ACB for higher speed if needed. (The combat one runs spinblocks at speed 30, the non combat one much lower).
Was tested dogfighting a flying squirrel. No the Osprey isn't cut out to be an air superiority unit but it's a useful defensive ability.
Yes, the "Crazy Ivan" is a sub manuever... but they are both extreme manuvers in order to change directions so that a following enemy cannot predict the manuever to match...
"Clearing the baffles" does not mean cleaning out a physical part.... its changing directions so that old subs could make sure they were not being followed... the "Baffles" being the area behind the old subs where active & passive sonar could not hear (We now use towed sonar arrays so the manuever is unnecessary)...
In Firefly... During the 'Crazy Ivan" manuever they reverse the angle on one of the engine nacelles in order to increase the turning speed and change directions so that a following enemy can not match.
Seems to me, as a Submariner Veteran, that the "Crazy Ivan" manuever is still applicable in this case.
