Back to the ship, I'm sure the wings' effects would be more noticable with the drag mod enabled.

Why are you commenting on it in such a manner?

They are used on a Russian plane (I can't remember which), and they do this:
- Decrease stall speed
- Increase maneouverability
- Decrease maximum speed
- Much more
