It is just too hard to self animate... and Bone merge like Liam shared earlier in the thread is a real pain in the nuts so chances are, yes, this wont happen unless I get a hold of an AT-AT with animations... Sorry... AT-TE is in works by DrJew, but release or update is far from happening... So do not bother him about it... guys there is a way to make a real one
step one: install a addom that allows you to copy and paste models
step two: get a AT AT ragdoll or prop
third step: get the AT TE walker vehicle
fourth step: in game spawn a AT AT ragdoll or prop then copy the AT AT
fifth step: spawn the AT TE vehicle and paste the AT AT
then you should have a working AT AT (probally) but without animations
