What do I need to change to make this usable on anybody and not just heretic? Like the muslim invasion. Also how can I make this usable for any rank against any rank? Like the HRE invade the Kingdom of Hungary.

Found the reason there was no cost for the war, bracketing problem , should be fixed now.

For some reason it doesn't all fit on the interface and I can't really be bothered to fix it, but there is a prestige and money loss if you lose the war

also I realized today that there is no punishment for loosing an invasion war, no prestige loss, no war reparations being shown in the declare war section

In the code instead of using FROM = {NOT = {religion = ROOT}}, use FROM = {NOT = {religion_group = ROOT}} in the can_use section of the CB

To clarify PhychoticSheep's comment, all Christians can request invasions from their head of religion, assuming that the person they wish to invade also has the same head of religion. This means vassalizing the pope is massively OP as you can just request invasions on all other catholics and never get refused. Other christian religions generally have patriarchs, (I think all the others do but I could be wrong) and so you cannot request claims or invasion on their realm. So yeah... just make an antipope, press his claim, and you have easy access to all of europe. You may be able to request crusades on specific places also, so you have everywhere else also.
