@hygorct : Should be compatible with LW2 in theory. I have not encountered it yet in my LW2 playthrough, but forcing its spawn with a console command works. Has anyone encountered it in LW2 ?

@Tapir : Thanks for the report, but I think it's a vanilla bug from the AI, as I'm pretty sure I've seen two vanilla Shieldbearers do the same

as thoughts you can make him to have low chance to be hit and take out some health and put 2 or 3 armor

Thanks for the advice, but it's part of the core design, he is supposed to buff the aliens and I have found that if I let him be affected by Overwatch, he usually dies before he can do so (see the Shieldbearers in the vanilla game, they often do not survive the first turn as they are priority targets) the way to counter this is to shoot him to stop him from doing so as he is brittle, and/or mind-control him to exploit this, if it's OP maybe I should make it appear later in the game, or reduce its HP and/or Aim ? Thoughts ?

It should be in the mod config directory (inside steamapps/workshop), in the file named "XComGameData_CharacterStats.ini"

good but you need between shadowstep and energy shield maybe do the shield to itself like a mobility +armor unit=Op
