@joshholland96 I just started C:S with all mods disabled and it appears to work fine. Can you provide more details, like which mods you're using, when exactly the game crashes, etc.? It's very likely it has nothing to do with the map which I deliberately made so that people with the vanilla game can play.

Can confirm, is Baltimore. Love the scale and detail, haven't seen any other map that did Baltimore this well.

Thank you. I wanted to get a couple of the smaller water features on there for variety. It was a little impractical at this scale to put in the Jones Falls because it hugs right up against its eponymous expressway and I am a little sad about that.
