What if some make a shoreline tool with this? it will function both water barrier and at the same time not gonna die on water

you can place trees in water without them getting thinned out, with the "no radioactive desert and more" mod. there is an option "no orange and red trees on shoreline".
Sadly it also deactivates shoreline texture.
Just wanted tp say, cause in text it seems, that its not possible to use them in water.
