funny model to start your game, but mosly my starter office is just a 2x1 box with a table, chair, computer and a door. Makes me my first millions on the outstanding OS that took 8 years to develop.

@CIS M8R: I'm unsure how this is completely useless, it could also be used to create offices within larger buildings for your communist office. It's nice to plop down if you just need 1 more designer or what have you until you can finish your main office. It's cheap and versitle. Open your mind sir.
