Hi, thx for this great track!
Appatently here unlike to your other tracks you can do wall-riding and be faster. Maybe this can be fixed in the future.

The mod I was using was DaREALMastaD's 2019 NASCAR mod. It comes with a variety of "upgrades," basically different aero and engine packages. I'm not sure if it would be in the track files or the car files, but somewhere in there the mod forces the use of a road course package around here, which is a symmetrical setup and makes the right tires explode over the course of a run. I would be willing to help out and try and see what is going on, but I have no real experience with anything that serious in rF2.

Can you specify the car mod you are using. It has been working for years with ISI 2015 stockcars, 2016 Skins Mod, Xfinity Series.
My guess is the NASCAR 2019 mod has an error for the track.

Hi Machine, The track is fantastic, but somewhere deep in the files of the track it must be set as a road course or something of the sort as the Road Course configuration for stock cars is forced, with no way of resetting the upgrades without trying to get into the deep files and changing some settings (which I have heard is very difficult to pack and unpack). Are you able to have a look? Problem was found when running the NASCAR 2019 mod. Thanks!

Sorry, I don't do road courses, I am a Nascar Guy. Plus making road courses is not my thing.

Hello, has the track been hard to make since the 397 takeover of RFACTOR2? When is the new UI coming? DX11 makes some DX10 versions of the track look unnatural. Is there any good idea?

The AI version went out long ago. Or rather the online version went, and the AI version became the only one. AI stuff has not been touched. Not sure why they run out. They should get 70+ laps. Anyway, the AI are dumb as, and will pit after only using 1/4 of a tank in some cases. At any track.

v1.20 update
Fixed lighting brightness and lightglow flickering
Fixed yellow lights
Went back to one AI for online and offline. Both work well.
Went back to single fastest line instead of 2 lines.
Fixed cutting on all the corners.
Added pit exit lines to after dogleg

As for the comparing to the iRacing version, there is the 2008 version with the grass and then there's the new version, and yes, I'm comparing it to that.

I found the cut on the dog leg when I went as close as I could to the wall.

Again, sorry for being harsh. I just really love and know this track well.

AI. You make a track with a single fast line, and 2 side by side lines. Unfortunately the AI will drive a 2 wide line even if another car is 6 lengths away. They are dumb as. They lift if someone squeezes them from the top. Make sure you test AI using the Offline version.
As for cutting, I obviously didn't cut the track enough in testing. Noone in 3 different leagues testing found the cut.
As for the layout, are you comparing against iRacing? Their version is pre-reconfiguration.
I didn't build the grandstands. They are from a long time ago.

This will be a fairly harsh review, but truthful.

The track is inaccurate. The layout is off, the grandstands are wrong, and the dog leg just isn't quite right. The AI don't use the whole track while driving by themselves in practice, often leaving a lot of room betwen themselves and the wall on the straights. Cutting the dog leg, which is completely legal in real life, leads to cut track penalties here, which is inaccurate. At Phoenix, there are no "track limits".
