If we put it in a desert city with a solar plant, will the nuclear plant still appear?

I can make one that doesn't require DLC but it would be missing some features.

k, thanks for speedy answer, could you make a version that does the same but dosen't need the dlc?

@Werewolf
The thing is the wonder is VERY late in the game let's be honest by that time a tiny boost in production doesn't even make a dent. Also, this wonder is beneficial to 1 city only so not as much as a global effect as some of the others, making it balanced. The outragous stats are kind of reflection of real life since if fusion plants can exist properly, energy would be super cheap and it would also provide some insight to science, as well as allowing us to ditch the reliance on uranium fuel for fission.

I will try it out before commenting in depth, but as of the first glance, it looks extremely overpowered. Does it keep the game balance, or was it not intended to?

@TheSkyShaft™ Thanks for commenting.
The wonder is designed around Immortal/Diety difficulty, a large number of other civs and epic game pace in mind. Since the wonder comes so late on the tech tree, I felt it only made some sort of sense to have a large bonus associated with it, as the future era lacks anything that gives production/growth plus the fact that you don't have an entire game's worth of turns to utilise the benefits unlike ancient/classical wonders.
However, I am open to suggestions on what could be changed. :Khappy:
