I have a question Maybe its not included here but when you go to change face some soliders have an option for invisible head CP" which the moment I hover over it makes the game crash, does anyone know a work around or what fine that might come from?

I found that to get this to work, you need to just edit this file:
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\646749278\InvisibleHeads.XComMod

1. change from "publishedFileId=0" to "publishedFileId=646749278"
2, at the end of the file, add in "RequiresXPACK=true"

He means the mod isn't being updated anymore. It still works for the Vanilla game so Yes, if you are using a mod that says it requires this mod, go ahead and use this mod.

As a caveat, you might consider also subscribing to https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1311131438 so that the invisible heads are not an available body part option when the game generates random characters.

I've been using this with no problems my only real annoyance is that it pops up on engineers and scientists which you can't edit and can be seen in the avenger view.

Well, it prevents THIS invisible head from randomly showing up; if you've got other invisible heads, like if they come with a squadmate, thos invisible heads can still show up. Would have been nice if every mod just uses this invisible heads and sets that as a requirement, so you don't have a whole bunch of invisible headss.

These things are really usefull for things we otherwise couldn't show properly... but boy am I tired to get armor mods, when it means one of the setting has a "invisible" setting, and that those pops up everywhere!
It's really breaking enjoyment of a game where you have downloaded all these awesome armor mods, and what not - and suddently you see a floating torso runing around with a floating gun... -.-

invisible heads are actually pretty useful if you wanna use a squadmate mod with a new designed face .... you use invisible head + the face skin as upper or lower face prop and you have no awkward clipping
