+20% running speed
+20% weapon switch speed
-10% damage
50% stun chance
Hmmm well -10 should be way lower like 90 (common its not even close to actually doing any actual damage, its cardboard) and there should be no stun chance, if a metal bat doesn't stun a person then weak cardboard certainly won't. Running speed only 10%, thats only because its light weight. The weapon switch speed can be raised though.

This has to be a rocket launcher or its going to dissapoint many people. also the stats you want are stupidly insane for anything with that high of stun chance.. and yes i read the edit its still stupid high.

50% stun chance? That sounds like a very annoying weapon, the name suits it perfectly.

It would be interesting if this weapon could have a break/bend effect like the demoman's bottle. We all used these as weapons when we were kids, and that is just what always happened to them.

Yeah but there is some scouts that don't use melee weapon, theycan handle it with scatter/pistol, so this owuld be OP

Looks very OP. Maybe remove switch speed, reduce damage, and it wouldn't cause everyone to rage.
