@Spec. Tater. Hey man, some of these spawned in my city, and they are gorgeous. It is real High Density.

Suggestion: Make them RICO compatible, to allow us to plop them where whe see more fit. This will solve the very big footprint and cliping issue when they spawn in 4x4 lots.

I will be converting them to personal use, but, if you make the public ones compatibles too will be great.
