I tried to install this and it worked so far.. But when I throw the grenade it just flies. Any idea? CSS is mounted correctly. This also happens for a banana bomb I have.

Just read the description in the "Client Infos" section: You need Counter-Strike: Source installed.

The upside down thingy is because, I maked it to work better on stairs for example, but then it doesn't work as good on ceilings.

okay, well i noticed that the right click still works for the mine, so its not too big of a problem, i can send you the lua code to see if you can see a problem?, but its not a massive deal with how the right click works absolutely fine

For my server when the turtle bombs are placed they are hovering like 2 foot from the ground?, any ideas why?

It's forbidden to include textures from other commercial games and as I stated in the description, you need CS:S to be able to see textures.
