to make it turn better try putting RCS's spread out a bit. They kind of affect and area and if blocks are outside of it the ship wont turn so good. So id put a few at the front,back,top,bottom, then leave the main group where ever you already have them.

When I get home, I'll probably fix the lights, it's bright enough inside, but think the blue is to dark for interior.
