S - Realistic Door Buttons
http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=649955251
----------------------------------------
Change: replace original doors
---------------------------------------------
You should rename it to "smaller door highlight", realistic implies you know what space engineers in 2077 would think are good highlight amounts, which you don't.
Besides, it's a Sektan mod, so subscribe already
Think of it this way, your hud, which tells you everything from what the O2 levels are, to the gravitic displacement(s) and precise direction(s) to said displacement(s). It also allows you to use your suit's "on board systems" to access, view, and fully control remote enabled structures.
What if the suit's onboard systems also allowed one to remotely tap into the door control, and for the sake of making the engineer's life easier, it highlights the threshold for you.
Now for those that will retort with the fact that there is a control pannel on it. Think of that as a semi-manual override to the "localized remote access" system that is now built into the suit's abilities.
Otherwise good mod, I liked how you did this for those that prefere it this way.
It would appear that in order to make this game more enjoyable to the masses they are making parts of it much easier to interact/navigate than when it was first released. Not necessarily a bad thing seeing how there are people that create mods that put everything back to how it was before an update.... Thanks, Sektan
