i have tired the 10 min thing but it doesn't work

in game the skin dose pop up but when in game it just doesn't work. on the loading screen it just shows nothing or some random skin

how is there still no winter version ? lmao

Please make a winterized version of this camo, its a really cool camo and i love to use it but i prefer playing winter maps and it sucks that i cant have this camo as a winter camo.

@jake: Once you subscribe, it (sometimes) takes a while for COH2 to cycle through all your subscriptions and update the in-game list. All I can advise is to subscribe and let COH2 run for ten minutes and see if it's there. Otherwise I too am unsure of what the problem could be.

@Deathwatch: unfortunately Steam's per-user upload limit and the size of this skin would require me to create a third (already filled up a second) paid account just to upload a new mod. I'm hoping they might change that limit someday. In the meantime, check out my "Arctic Storm" winter skin which is for all factions.

Downloaded, but it's not appearing among my skins. Not working at all. Unsubbed and subbed again. Tried through Steam Workshop and also in-game interface. Not sure whats going on.

I never have commented or subscribed on the workshop before, but from just seeing the look here I wanted to say congratulations!

People like yourself are those that keep this game alive, and show that the fanbase is amazing and not just a "flavor of the month" crowd.

The fact your skill as an artist / graphics designer (or whatEVER it's technically called,) is being used for the sheer love and enjoyment of it, and on top of it all sharing it with others who you think would appreciate it for what it is,etc... ....is Amazing.

Re: how to use: You subscribe to it here and then run the game. It may take a few minutes for the game to go through and update all your subscriptions. Equip it in your loadout screen, which you can get to by clicking on the picture of the foot locker in the lower right corner of your player faceplate (same place where you pick the commanders and bulletins).

Re: USF skin: when I came up with this concept I did a quick test on each faction and found it looked best on angular vehicles. It really didn't work on the Soviets since they have a lot of rounded surfaces. On the US and Brits the same treatment looked better but still not what I was aiming for. But the German vehicles with their sharp edges and angled surfaces made the design pop. So never say never, but right now I don't have plans for applying this design to any other faction. PS: I also play mainly as USF, and if you haven't already done so please check out some of my US skin designs.

I just absolutely love the way these skins look, but I am saddened by the fact they are only for the Germans since I mostly use the USF. (Kinda wished the AI used the custom skins too). Is there any chance you might consider making these or a skin with the same style for the other factions? If not then that's okay, just ignore this then. Again, great work.

This is spectacular. I use realistic skins but I cannot unsee the quality craftsmanship here.

No graphics mod is applied. The textures were painted with a dark edge around each flat surface, like steel in a medieval suit of armor with gaps that reveal a dark chainmail between the plates. By having the dark gaps riding along the geometry edges, I can see why it reminds you of cel shading which is also characterized by having dark outlines on every shape. That isn't a bad thing, since the other inspiration I had for this skin was mecha drawings which are usually cel animation and feature the same dark outlines.

Awesome! I really like your different looking skins upon first sight! Looks like many hours of work. As a matter of fact I'm looking for real historical skins, but you made such a good combo between fantasy and reality.
