I think I would like it more without the white dashed lines. The gold accents are tastefully done and look better than the 100% solid gold weapons the Precious skins have, but the lines make it look... cheaper to me.

Haha, yea this skin more like an experiment with new materials.
Yes it does a have a new spec, gloss and normal map.However I would not recommend doing that as it is not supported for normal skins (just for precious skins). The leather just does not look natural without a normal and spec map.
