Weaker Starting Stun Lancers

Ok, thanks. Seems like this is ON on my next restart (happens alot with all the mods comming out).

What ends up happening is that once the stun lancers progress further (where they get armor) their health goes back to normal

Playing with increased enemy pod sizes, and more squad size upgrades, so my early game is harder than vanilla. This might help me close part of the gap (so that I can run on harder difficulty, to make endgame more challenging). However, I am interested in knowing how quickly YOUR stunlancers catch up to the vanilla ones?
