Reduced mod file size to be much lower by removing example script files inherited from the default mod template.

Country weight (likelihood that a country will be picked "randomly") in the normal game is on a scale of 0-40 (Indonesia to USA) based on it's size in the real world. I have altered the likelihood that this country will be picked from 5000 to 40. It will now be selected as often as the United States. You can still go into the character pool or character customizer to alter the country manually.

I'll look into deleting Src/XComGame tonight. I've been curious as to why that was taking up so much space. I don't think those files are necessary and none of my code references them. I completely agree, 15MB is way too much space for a mod that's replacing a texture 256x128.

Also going to look into the "randomness" of the country being picked. It should only show up as often as a normal country.

Also, could you make it much less common? So far, I've only seen one person without the country origin being Dickbutt.
...And I don't want to unsubscribe from this mod because that would break my heart.

Please delete the Src/XComGame directory in your mod, it's taking up 15MB of unnecessary space
