As far as I can tell I only have the problem with "Timer Tweaks" and "No Avatar Project" enabled. When I switched to "Diable Timers" it stopped freezing on me.

I don't really think there is a convinient one, maybe you could write down the non-costect ones, or at least the ones that you know have effect on the strategic layer of the game. It would help a lot if you could do that.

Same Problem as jbendoski.

Advent Event and going back and forth to Geomap freezes on the Geomap - you can't do anything even more, only end task ...

I've study the problem and it seems to only occur if I go directly from engineering to the map and have and advent event occur. Even then it's not 100%. It's likely I have another mod conflicting. Today when I tried to test it again I adjusted a few mods and haven't been able to recreate the problem.

jbendoski the camera pan and the fade animation cover some loading that is done in the background by the game, for me when I first load the save and click in the geoscape for the first time it pauses for a moment, where normaly would be the animation, but after that it's quite instant.
But if your game is actually locking and you can't do anything but end the task then it's a problem, I haven't had this happen here and you are the first one to report someting like this.

I'm having some trouble with it freezing my game. It's not conisstent, seems like every once in a while it gets stuck and I have to have to end task on the game. I'll keep looking for more specifics, (e.g. armory to map etc...)

All mod unsubd and DLCs disabled, now I will install remove the game completely. Lets see what happens to a fresh installed version. Which DLC do you have ? I uess the pre-order one, isn't it?

Maybe it would be better to try disabling the DLCs somehow, after that I don't really know if anything would solve this problem, it got to be something really obscure. Thank you for your interest in the mod tho hehe

huuuu - I will unsubscribe all mods now. If this is not working I'll made a brand new installation, but this needs a few hours ( I dont have a huge bandwidth). Hopefully this is not one of the two released DLCs

There is a change that it is one of the DLCs, I only have one so I can't really test it. If that's the case I don't really know if I can fix it for you :(

ok, I'll try. ( I have disabeld ALL mods exept yours and start a new game and it won't work) is it possible that it is a multilanguage problem? I have a the German pre-order version with both DLCs.

That's weird, I install and tested breafly some of the mods you listed that I don't use already and that might affect. Avatar project worked just fine for me with my mod, so did a lot others. Maybe you could unsubscribe and subscribe to my mod again so it re-downloads?

I have disabled the AVATAR PROJECT and enabled your mod, but the same result. Key 1 the globe symbol and clicking on the bridge won't work. Maybe I try to disable all my mods exept yours. But I have no high hopes because disabling is not the same like a new installed XCOM version . . .

And I have addd a start paramenter in steam properties for this game: -nostartupmovies
With this parameter the game starts directly in the main menu. No logos and all this intro stuff.

From all mods there was only one I had an issue with, it's EVAC ALL. This is a mod I cannot disable without loosing my savegames. All other mods work well with each other.

And from my perspective most of this mods have an impact on the battle field or in customizing the soldiers.

BUT The AVATAR PROJECT creates additional checkboxes on the worldmap. I can imagine this will have an direct impact to your mod. I will disable it and let you know about the result.

Jake, could you tell me a list of mods you're using? I think one of them might modify some file this mod is using, I want to make the mod as compatible as I can. I didn't change any .ini files in fact, apart from the ones necessary to add the mod, it was all on the unrealscript code.

Hi, I was so happy to see this mod. Unfortunately it doesn't work. If it is activated I cannot reach the the bridge (nor the worldmap). Hitting key 1 has no effect, using the mouse cursor didn't work as well. I tried it with my save game and addtionally start a new game to doublecheck. I have a lot of other mods in place but I didn't think there is another mod which have an impact to this strange behaviour. Please keep go on, I really love to see this mod working :-)

By the way, in which ini file do you found the geoscope configuartion?

Good stuff,I really love instant UIs. I'll never understand the need to force you to watch repetitive animations every time you click some button when it already gets annoying after the third time.
A PC is not a smartphone that has to hide loading by doing some fancy animation.

This is a great mod - saves time and sore eyes! I used it before and after the exit/overlay issues and think that as it is now is actually fine. Entering is instant; exiting is nearly always via a 'completion' pop-up which takes you directly out anyway. Seeing the exit animation every now and then is ok as it is only a second delay and no white-out. Thanks for your time in sharing this.

I updated the mod, the cause of the bugs were that the class I was overwriting to avoid the exit animation makes the game UI go nuts, so until I find a way to make it work nicely the mod can only avoid the entry animation.
As far as I tested it's all fine now. Thank you guy for the report, if any more problems arise please report.

Oh, I know another thing that should be taken care of. This "nice" sound while loading a game - this gives me a headache. Yes, it's meant to sound menacing, but I would just like to silence it, forever.

Very good mod, but I think it conflicts with mod "Slower Avatar Project Progression" http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=618254897 , because some of the avatar and resources bar. Please take a look takes to fix it, because this screen is giving me a headache.

Thank you so much. The brigh flash of going in and out was giving me headaches. I learned to just close my eyes and look away until I heard the sound that it was done.
