I'm working on it. At first glance I was hoping it would as simple as these weapon mods. Looks like not to be the case. Should get it out sometime today hopefully.

im actually wondering, ive proposed it and tried to make one myself (i failed miserably at it) but would it be possible to say swap the way the armor you build works, say instead of having armor give soldiers health it provides armor, like say starting Kevlar is 1 armor (and if possible resistance is 0 but gives a +2 mobility boost) cause im not a huge fan of armor giving you extra hp, putting on a vest doesn't grow a second heart for you, nor can you fix a vest with a spray of high powered medicine and i feel like the well done armor system in game goes to waste as it barely matters and HP tanking is more important :(

In that case, I would say release them piecemail and put them in a collection or something. The Icewhisp Rebalance Collection or something like that. Once everything's done, release it as an all-in-one and leave the collection for those who like to pick and choose. That's my $0.02 at least.

Not a bad idea. I was thinking about it but I have other planned mods about game balance in the works. So when I get them all together I'll have a single balance mod come out. For now I'll stick to releasing them in parts. Though I may do a massive weapon balance mod. Probably will get a large one out tommorrow.

Why not just release an all-in-one weapons rebalance mod? One-stop subscription.

Description is up. I'll probably release a small mod to bring the mid tiers in line with themes of the weapons. Mostly focusing on consistant ammo with some exceptions
