Report a translation problem
I gave one of my guys an autoloader for their ADVENT rifle.
Then after I bought the XCOM version, the ADVENT rifle was no where to be found. Instead, the autoloader was attactvhed to an XCOM Mag rifle instead. Thats not supposed to happen right?
Love that this things gets abilities that I can turn off and on. Wish I could get that to work on other guns.
Any chance of a cheat version? One that's just slightly better than top-teir plasma rifles, so you could use it the entire game.
Along with a mod for ADVENT Armor skin, since they got sleek and sexy armor designs..
This Mod Replaces all current Rifles in the game or just add this new one?
You can choose to not install it if you dont like the change it makes.

if you just changed it so that the gun only dropped about 15% of the time and you turn off the code that makes it infinate in the loadout list, then you WOULD be able to have the gun be a drop! (though i would also want there to be the option to still build the guns for a high price just incase it wont drop for RNG reasons Xp)
About the Advent armor, it's something i'm working on. It's harder than the Advent rifle but with time I think I can pull it off.
About some other weapon mods not working, I think that for the moment everyone used the same method to add/change weapons to the game and because of that probably the IDS of the weapons are overwriting. It's only a matter of time finding the way to assign a unique ID to the Advent rifle, then it will be compatible with other weapon mods.
I'm close to making it a research reward. It will be a magnetic class research, expensive but provides a powerful weapon.
@TezlaAlchemia not happening to me, if I deactivate the mod in the launcher the rifle doesn't show up. It's odd...
And I can confirm that adding weapon modifications like a scope it's possible. Stat wise you get the benefits, but the model won't change.
Could you possibly make a more powerfull version of it as well, for harder dificulties or to be used in end game, cause in my opinion this gear looks cooler than the end game stuff, again in my opinion.

Like where did you access it in the files, and how did you allow it as an item for player unit loadouts?
