I figure that the corruption of xcommies passive perks was the reason that the other author pulled theirs down, but I really don't know.
@GeminiGod:
Before I disable the functionality of this mod it allowed for bronzeman. It will feature it again if I can fix the functionality.
But now im just asking myself what if i remove the "Ignore Missing Content"? Its somesort of a catch, but ill try that. i dont get the impression some passives are fucked up just some AI bugs (Mindcontrol/Hacking) was acting "weirder" sometimes.
Thx for clearing that up and hope we get somehow a nice modded game.
And thank you very much for your work. Don't take people's anger to heart, it really is justified but obviously shouldn't be aimed at you.
I would like to apoligize, I didn't mean to sound douchey in any way! It wasn't your fault and noone should be treating you like it is, sorry for the mistake.
PS. Your mod got my save working, I love you man <3
Thanks a lot, sorry for the misunderstanding.
For everyone else that have a corrupt savegame because of the other mod with the similar name, follow Xydrel instructions. But know that your game might become buggy (load seems to fix bugs for 10/15 turns). I wouldn't advise this workaround unless you really want to finish a campaign with only 2-3 missions left.
Nice.
Okay, for a clear step by step guide that resolves the "RestartMission" error...
1. Locate your workshop directory
<drive_letter>/steam/steamapps/workshop/content/268500/
2. navigate to dir 618681066/ and copy contents all but RestartMission.XComMod
3. navigate to dir 619019230 and paste previously copied contents to directory and over write when asked.
4. rename XcomRestartMisison.XComMod -> RestartMission.XComMod
5. launch game and enjoy your saves.
Tested and working.
Uhh, not the mod author, just described a way to fix the issue. if you check above it's actually Zwagoth, I was just trying to help folks out... sheesh.
Rename it to restartmission.xcommod
Game works now
@Xyndrel: your mod worked fine for me, no idea why you disabled it and ruined a lot of savegames from a lot of your community.
At least be cool and apologize.
Go back one page and do what =[ Xydrel ]= said. It worked for me.

Awesome you the man :D
