OK, I do see that popup. It seems to imply that subscribing to this will subscribe to the pre-reqs. It's a bit vague I guess. Anyways, I apologize for my confusion.

I think it is a prerequisite since its listed as a required item on the sidebar and when you try to subscribe it should pop-up saying you can't unless you have Pool and Station Toilet 02 updated added/subscribed on the workshop.

Can you set it up as a prerequisite on the workshop for those of us who can't read.

You have to get the pool asset
Its listed as required

This doesn't look right after placing. it's just asphault where the water should be.

too bad the cims don't actually go in the pool....
