Well... you got a point... in fact you are completly correct. but... Virus and mitosis doesn't feel right to me. even though the reproduction of computer viruses matches more with mitosis. Unless you see the pcs as the hosts instead of the data they "took over". and troyans would be a virus with a lysogenic cycle... I really think I'm thinking too much about this XD

Lukas! Haha. xD

I like the scientific explanation. But seeing as a computer 'virus' is not a biological entity, and reproduction is vastly different, or even non existant is some cases; One can argue that neither definition is suitable.

We only use 'virus' as a name, same as 'worm', or 'trojan', because it is the closes analogy that is easy to conceptualize.

Really cool level. the tunnel could use some love tho. It's really empty. also: why is the level named mitosis. There is no cell in this level. only viruses. viruses are technically not alive and can't reproduce on their own. they reproduce using a host cell and initiating either a lytic or a lysogenic (and later a lytic) cycle, meaning that they force the host to reproduce the virus in a lytic cycle untill it literally bursts, or they just build in their nucleic acid into the hosts, let it reproduce and initiate a lytic cycle later. soooooooo... no mitosis :3
